Hello all!
My name is Elise, mother to my beautiful boy Isiah and daughter of Rebecca Nowak, aka the Crunchy Mama Bear.
Over the years, I have helped behind the scenes with production, orders and local events. To see my mom grow her business from nothing and my dad support her every step of the way was truly so special.
Since taking over CMB, my goal has been much the same as my mom’s putting God first in everything I do and to love others through my work.
Here's how it all began...

"Hello! My name is Rebecca, mom of three beautiful boys and a beautiful bonus daughter. in March 2016, I officially launched Crunchy Mama Bear. Prior to that I had been making products for my family.
I saw what was available...it was either toxic or green washed. So I set out to make my own. With a strong influence from my upbringing and my love for herbalism, alchemy and science, I created my own products. Soon I had friends asking to purchase and with the support of my amazing husband I jumped in!
My mission and passion is to encourage people to use all-natural products free from harmful chemicals and synthetic ingredients. Everything is handcrafted by a small team in my home studio located in Idaho. I only use the purest natural ingredients and make everything in small controlled batches. We use all our products on ourselves and our loved ones.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Going through this journey has made me that much more passionate about what I do. By the grace of God, through all the ups and downs I have managed to keep this business going. I appreciate you all for trusting and supporting me through the years. It truly means the world to me."
In 2021 my mom ended her fight with metastatic breast cancer and is now with Jesus. While we all miss her terribly, her beautiful legacy lives on through her children and through Crunchy Mama Bear.
We're a small, family owned and operated company.
All of our products are handmade by me in small batches to ensure quality and I hand-package every order myself.
